Albany Utility Bill Item Explanations

KWh: One kilowatt-hour is the amount of energy needed to light a 100-watt light bulb for 10 hours. KW: The maximum rate of energy consumption reorder during any 15 minute interval within the monthly billing period. PPA: Purchased Power Adjustment applies to electricity purchased. CCF: Unit of measure for gas - 100 cubic feet, the equivalent of approximately 100,000 BTU's. BTU: British Thermal Unit. PGA: Purchased gas adjustment applies to gas purchased
