If you received the below charges you must appear in court on your court date. DUI, possession consumption by a minor, driving on a suspended license, driving on a revoked license, fleeing/attempting to elude, leaving the scene of an accident/hit & run, racing, passing a stopped school bus, unlawful use of license, no insurance, failure to move over for emergency vehicle, aggressive driving, suspended registration, all CDL offenses, all defendants under 21, lot clearing cases, abatement and nuisance cases. All of these cases listed require a court appearance.
