For Railroad issues west of the Flint River Contact Norfolk Southern Railroad emergency situations such as lights not working or crossing arms not working these issues should be reported to the central dispatch center 1-800-453-2530. The local contact number is 229-434-2825. When citizens call in for street repairs (potholes, etc.) please find out if the location of the issue is East or West of the Flint River. Please refer these call types to either of the railroad companies above. Public Works do not handle street repairs surrounding railroad tracks.
