LifeTrail outdoor fitness equipment consists of a series of ten wellness stations designed to improve balance, strength, and stamina. LifeTrail turns walking into a fun, total-body workout. Each of LiefeTrail's ten wellness stations is specifically desgined for active, older adults. They provide age-friendly, upper and lower body exercises - promoting strenght, flexibility and balance.
