A sign permit application must be submitted and approved prior to any person erecting, constructing, enlarging, moving or converting any sign in the City. A sign permit may be applied for by the owner of the property or by the person or entity’s authorized agent.  Sign permit applications shall be submitted to the Planning & Development Services Department.  The Planning & Development Services Department is located at 240 Pine Avenue, Suite 300, Albany, GA. 31702.
