The Albany Advocacy Resource Center is located at 2616 Pointe N. Blvd. Albany, GA 31708. The Albany Advocacy Resource Center is a non-profit organization. Its basic purposes are to promote the general welfare of persons with disabilities.  The goal of AARC is to continually help persons with disabilities. Programs and Services:

 

Residential Services: This program advocates for people with developmental disabilities to ensure they can remain in the community.

TAPP: This program aids inmates with either mental health or mental retardation diagnoses that are being released back into the community.  Treatment and Aftercare for Probationers and Paroles Program.

Adult Day Program: This program offers instruction on independent living skills to prepare individuals to live independently in the community.

Pre-School Program: ARC Preschool is an educational program that serves typical and atypical children ages 0-3 years old. This program is designed to provide services to families with children who are at risk.
