PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends through support, to cope with an adverse society, education, to enlighten an ill-informed public and advocacy, to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights. PFLAG provides opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.
At PFLAG, participants find a confidential, warm and supportive setting where we can share our concerns with others and find comfort and reassurance about our gay children, family members, friends and ourselves. PFLAG is a tax exempt, non-profit organization that is not affiliated with any political or religious institution.
