Stop Smoking Information

The Georgia Department of Community Health's (DCH) Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Program are now offering Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) for Georgia Quit Line users. NRT participants will be able to obtain nicotine gum or patches at no cost to help kick the habit of smoking

The Georgia Quit Line provides free counseling, a resource library, and support and referral services for tobacco users ages 13 and older. Callers have the opportunity to speak with health care professionals who develop a unique plan for each individual.
