ABC Card/Training

All establishments licensed to sell alcohol must have a certified ABC beverage handler trainer  This certification lasts for three (3) years.  To obtain this training contact the License Administrator at (229) 431-2118 for scheduling.  These classes are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month.  All alcoholic beverage handlers must have an ABC card and it must be on their person when conducting alcohol sales.  To obtain an ABC Card you have to be trained by your employer, and have signed the "Statement of Understanding" issued by them.  Bring that signed statement letter along with $15 and a valid state issued ID or passport to the Treasurer's Division located at 240 Pine Ave., Suite 150 for the application and processing.
