Effective July 1, 2010 the fee for birth certificate will be $25.00 Must show photo ID. Certificates can only be purchased by self, parent, grandparent, sibling (with same parents) or spouse. Our address is 225 Pine Ave, Dougherty County Probate Court, Room 123. For more information, call 229-431-2102. Method of payment: Cash or local check.
