The address of the tenant must be in Dougherty County, GA. When filing a dispossessory you will need to provide:

• One dispossessory form (printed in black ink only or typed & form must be notarized if you are mailing the form to the court)
• One envelope stamped and addressed to the tenant.
• $69 filing fee. The $69 may be paid with check, money order or cash. When paying in cash you must have the exact amount. The Magistrate Court does not have a cash drawer and cannot make change.
