Warrant applications may be picked up in our office. Applications may be brought to our office located at 225 Pine Avenue, between the hours of 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applications must be brought in person. The applications are presented to the judge for signature and approval.  The Magistrate Court, Criminal Division is located at 1302 Evelyn Avenue, Albany, Ga. 31705.
