When filing a Writ of Possession you must provide:

• Two petitions for Writ of Possession (must be notarized if you are mailing to the court).
• One Order for Writ
• Three (3) copies of signed contract and security agreement. (1 copy attached to each of the above forms).
• One yellow service form.
• $69.00 filing fee plus $25 for each additional defendant. May be paid with check, money order or cash (If paying in cash you will need the exact amount. We do not have a cash drawer and cannot make change).
