At least one defendant must reside in Dougherty County.

When filing a Statement of Claim you will need:

• One Statement of Claim form (printed in black ink only or typed & must be notarized if you are mailing to the form to the court)
• 2 copies of any attachments

$98 filing fee plus $50 for each additional defendant. The filing fee may be paid with check, money order or cash. When paying with cash you must have the exact amount.
