Department Description:
The office of the City Attorney acts as legal advisor, attorney and counsel to the municipality and all its officers in matters relating to their official duties. Additionally, the office is responsible in the administration of all civil, legal, and quasi-legal matters, investigations, administrative hearings, review of legal documents, review and staffing of directives, legal opinions, legal aspects of labor relations, EEO hearings, and the drafting of any ordinance or resolution for introduction.
