The Sheriff's Office cannot guarantee that civil papers will be served within a certain time-frame, but attempts to serve the papers will begin upon our receipt of the papers from the courts. Once a civil paper has been served, you will be notified via U.S. Mail by the Dougherty County Clerk of Courts Office.
