If you would like to apply for an Expungement that involved ADDU charges, the first step is to obtain a copy of the three page form from the District Attorney's Office. Second, complete the first page and return form to ADDU (attach any documentation you may have regarding the outcome of the case). There is a non-refundable fee required in the amount of $15.00 (additional fees may be imposed based on multiple charges to be expunged). Please allow six to eight weeks to complete.
