Recycling Drop Off Sites
Homeowners can take recyclables to 3 drop off sites. These are located at:
* 2521 Meredyth Drive @ Fire Station #6 behind TCBY (open Monday -Friday 8:30am - 11:30am and 12:30pm - 5:30pm and Saturday from 8am - 6pm.)
* Behind the Civic Center, intersection of Front Street and Mercer Avenue (open Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 11:30am and 12:30pm - 5:30pm, Saturday from 8am - 6pm.)
*Recyclables can also be dropped off at the Dougherty County Landfill.
The drop off sites accept the following materials: newspaper, magazines, glass, cardboard, aluminum cans, plastic milk jugs, plastic beverage bottles, paper board from your cereal boxes, cracker boxes, paper soda can containers, etc. and nicad batteries.
