Restraining Orders may be obtained through the Magistrate Court.  To contact the Magistrate Court Office call 229-431-3216.

If a caller has already made a report through the police department for domestic violence and needs a restraining order (they may ask for a PTO) we should give 229-438-3985 for a victim’s advocate and they will assist them with the process.
